Important note: Once locked, configuration changes cannot be made using the WAVE App. The device can be unlocked via Unlock Code or in the WAVE Portal.
If you do not have WAVE Portal access, you will need to request an Unlock Code from your point-of-sale to make any configuration changes or software updates in the future.
Steps to lock a device from the WAVE App:
- Connect to the Cel-Fi device using WAVE App.
- Click the "hamburger icon" in the top left of the screen and select "Lock Booster".
- Check the "Lock Booster" box.
- Press "Update" to continue.
- Press "Lock Now" to again confirm and immediately implement the lock.
- The device is now locked. A yellow lock icon now appears in the top right of the App for visual confirmation.
