If your Cel-Fi GO has a solid Status Indicator light in either yellow or green, the system is fully functional.
If your system has a solid (non-red) status light but your phone is not picking up a stronger cellular signal you might need to check the Service Antenna. Make sure that your Service Antenna is fully functional. You might try swapping out your Service Antenna with another one if available.
Also be sure your phone is using the same frequency as the one in use by the Cel-Fi system. These can both be set manually on the Cel-Fi itself via the WAVE app and in your phone settings.
