All Cel-FI units requires registration before you can use it.
Registration is completed via wave app initially when connected to the Cel-Fi unit.
Once the unit is register, it is not possible to re-register the unit via Wave app.
If you need to change the registration of the unit then please create a ticket with the change request following https://support.powertec.com.au/hc/en-au/requests/new.
We need the following information
- The serial number of the unit.
- Current registration details.
- New registration details
- Name
- Company name (optional)
- Address
- Phone number
